Matplotlib and Swig minimal versions for Openturns 1.19

Dear experts,
I am trying to build Openturns 1.19 on several Linux distributions and I am hitting one issue with Swig/Matplotlib. Can you tell which minimal version for Matplotlib and Swig, are supported here?
In the CMake files, one can find 1.3.1 for Matplotlib minimal version.
