Hello everyone,

We are happy to announce the availability of OpenTURNS 1.20 today featuring:

- the chaos expansion + sensitivity on field-\>vector models (as presented at the user day in june):
[Estimate Sobol indices on a field to point function — OpenTURNS 1.20rc1 documentation](http://openturns.github.io/openturns/latest/auto_reliability_sensitivity/reliability_processes/plot_field_fca_sobol.html)
- advanced metropolis-hastings customization:
[Customize your Metropolis-Hastings algorithm — OpenTURNS 1.20rc1 documentation](http://openturns.github.io/openturns/latest/auto_calibration/bayesian_calibration/plot_ackley_distribution.html)
- distribution estimation from quantile levels:
[Define a distribution from quantiles — OpenTURNS 1.20rc1 documentation](http://openturns.github.io/openturns/latest/auto_data_analysis/distribution_fitting/plot_quantilematching_estimator.html)

Beware that some of these new classes are part of a new openturns.experimental submodule until deemed stable enough to be moved to the core module in some later release.

See the full changes here:

We made macos/arm64 binaries available via conda and now pip too.
Also Python 3.11 builds are available (except for macos/arm64 via pip which only has python\>=3.8,\<3.11).

Thanks to all the contributors to this release.

The OpenTURNS team
