# OpenTURNS ships 1.24 RC1

Hi all,

This release adds 6 months’ worth of new features and fixes.

- A new API for Gaussian process regression:

Note that the rc1 is available from the usual channels including [Pypi](https://pypi.org/project/openturns/1.24rc1/) but not conda:  
`pip install openturns==1.24rc1`
